Our prestigious client in Ottawa, Ontario is looking for a highly skilled and experienced FP amp; A Manager to join their team. The organization is seeking a candidate with outstanding leadership, analytical, and communication abilities. This is a hybrid, primarily remote opportunity. Responsibilities: - Evaluate operational, commercial, strategic, and financial data and metrics. - Conduct financial analyses aligned with corporate objectives. - Take a leadership role in the growth and mentoring of financial analysts. - Construct and upkeep financial models and forecasts. - Generate budgets and periodic forecasts to assist senior management in decision-making. - Evaluate, implement, and enhance policies, procedures, controls, and methodologies. - Market Research - Other Ad-hoc activities as required Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree from a recognized post-secondary institution within business, public administration, political science, law or other related field - 8+ years of relevant work experience - A minimum of five (5) years working in a strategic planning function - Significant experience writing policies and documents to brief senior management - Experience working in the Public Sector or an NPO is a strong asset - Experience developing performance metrics - Experience working with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes - Bilingual (EN For inquiries or to apply for this position, please reach out to us at 613-236-4253.
