As an essential part of our team, Marketing Associates bring their unique ideas and solutions that help us reach even greater heights!Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate:

  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of promotional marketing campaigns and events
  • Working closely with sales and product teams to develop impactful marketing materials for distribution to customers and internal stakeholders, and enhance brand recognition
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential customers through engaging and personalized product presentations
  • Identify and target specific customer segments and markets to drive focused marketing efforts
  • Gather and organize customer feedback in a clear and accessible format for review by company management and leadership
  • Partner with the Marketing Manager to monitor campaign data, analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, and review sales records
  • Fulfill any other duties as assigned
Requirements for the position of the Marketing Associate :
  • Educational background in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is an asset
  • 1-3 years of related experience in business, marketing, customer service or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Customer-focused attitude
  • Full-time availability
  • Must be willing to work in person and travel to our office for work every day
