Job DescriptionThe House of Commons Human Resources Services is currently looking to staff several Pay and Benefits Officer positions.In this role, the person is responsible for providing technical and administrative support in the delivery of proactive pay and benefits services. Key responsibilities include prioritizing data entry activities and transactions in HR systems and responding to email requests and calls regarding pay and benefits for Members of Parliament, their employees, and the House Administration. The role involves active participation in daily unit operations, ensuring system data integrity and physical file quality assurance. Additionally, preparing essential documentation, managing files appropriately, and supporting Pay and Benefits Advisors are integral aspects of the position.
