  • Threat and Risk Assessments, Facility Security Clearance compliance in accordance with Contract Security Program (CSP) formerly Canadian Industrial Security Directorate at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)
  • Conversant with all associated government security policies, guidance, and standards, especially as pertains to Zoning, Security/High Security Zones, Security Management Systems (SMS), alarms, doors, locks, wall construction, etc. 
  • Tasks will include the conduct of Threat and Risk Assessments, and Facility Security Clearance compliance
  • Develop security plans, policies and procedures
Job Requirements:Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Physical Security
  • Experience managing security projects / leading teams
  • Project Management experience
  • CPP, PSP certifications are preferred, but not necessary if supported by practical experience
  • Understanding and knowledge of IT Security, Personnel Security, Supply Chain/Materiel Security, Security Awareness and Training
  • Ability to assess security programs holistically is essential
