Position: Technical Call Center AgentRemote/Hybrid role: Hybrid in Kanata, 2x per week Training Period: Approximately 1 Month - training is done fully onsite (5x a week) Contract Duration: 24 month contract to conversion Possibility for FTE: YesDay to Day:Insight Global is looking for a Technical Call Center Agent (Bilingual) to join the Customer Solution Centers team at a Fortune 100 IT company. The Customer Solution Centers are made up of teams that provide services for customer access; pre-sales; post-sales; and service delivery. This individual will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from B2B clients. Success in this position will require knowledge of company policies/procedures and its technical products to attend to assignments that are moderately complex in nature (with little-to-no supervision). Candidates must have proficiency in both English and French; excellent phone presence; a great attitude; and experience with Microsoft Suite.Must Have Requirements:- 2+ years of call center/CSR experience- Strong French and English communication skills, both written and verbal- Technical aptitude with databases/software/platforms- Proficient with Microsoft Suite- Excellent phone presence and energetic, collaborative attitude- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customer by using the appropriate methods/toolsPlusses:- Microsoft Dynamics experience
