These programs will enable us to attract, reward, and retain top talent while positioning our company as an employer of choice. The Total Rewards Manager will be responsible for the execution and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, pension, and wellness programs within the United States. The successful candidate must possess the vision and operational expertise necessary to deliver results, with a focus on compensation program design, benefits administration (Canadaamp; US), analytics, and HRIS systems. This role requires a blend of business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to execute successful strategies. Responsibilities
