At Riverbend Co-op we value Integrity, Community, Responsibility and, Service in everything we do!Riverbend Co-op invites applications for the position of Assistant Gas Bar Manager to help lead our team at our Gas Bar C-store and Cardlock location in Davidson, SK.We are seeking a hands-on individual who is committed to excellent service and is a self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual who will support Gas bar Management including: ordering, receiving, training, development, and keeping safety as a top priority. The Davidson Gas Bar location offers full serve fuel, Pay @ the pump, convenience store, cardlock and a strong customer membership base to service.What you’ll do:

  • Demonstrate day to day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-op’s vision, mission, values, brand, and focus on safety.
  • Provide prompt, personalized, Legendary Service to all our members and guests both in-store and over the phone.
  • Ensure that all members and guests are completely satisfied with their experience.
  • Help develop quality team training.
  • Ensure Gas Bar standards are met and upheld
  • Assist in leading a culture of safety through the adherence to company standards for health & safety, loss prevention and environmental due diligence.

  • Possess 1-3 years of experience in supervision in a retail environment.
  • Retail experience in the areas of member relations, selling, ordering, receiving, asset maintenance and health and safety.
  • A clear understanding of personnel policies, practices, and procedures and other operational issues faced by the organization.
  • High level of integrity and accountability
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays where necessary.
  • Ability to fulfill physical job requirements including manual labour.
  • Experience in retail sales especially in the CRS will be considered an asset
  • Strong leadership skills that align with Riverbend’s values of Integrity, Community, Responsibility, and Service.
  • Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation, and teamwork
