Job Description

We’re about making every journey better and every plate a delicious one.Ready to hit the road at the Original RoadhouseNow Hiring Food Expeditors and Prep cooks - looking for F/T and P/T Food Expos. We will train for the position. Individuals must be able to work well under pressure and have great organizational skills.Responsibilities for Expo:

  • Clean and replenish garnish trough as needed throughout your shift
  • Deliever food to tables
  • Communicate orders between front of house and kitchen
  • Ensure the efficent flow of orders from kitchen to stage
  • ensure orders are prepared correctly and accuratetly before being delieverd to tables
  • Assist with the daily prep
  • professionally deal with multiple guests and communicate customer requests to co workers and management
  • Run Food Provide Guests with an authentic, sociable experience
  • Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures
*Responsibleilities for Prep:
  • Ensure the quality of food being prepared is to recipe standard each and every time
  • Items are produced quickly and efficiently with pride and attention to detail
  • Keep the work area, utensils and production equipment clean and sanitized
  • Re-stock items as needed while on duty
  • Perform all opening, closing and cleaning tasks as instructed
  • Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
  • Follow safe food handling procedures at all times
