We are looking for core skills in customer service, problem solving, physically fit to meet specific demands. The ideal candidate must have a clean drivers abstract and be responsible for maintaining company vehicle and tools.The position requires that the Company operating procedures and policies including our safety programs be followed which includes daily upkeep of data entry and paperwork associated with installation and customer needs and trouble shooting. Wireless installation includes: replacement/installation of antennas, radios, cabling, including connectors.Individual will be required to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated to complete assigned installations in a timely manner. Communication skills are a necessity. This Customer service focused position requires excellent people skills and patience to navigate numerous technical and field issues related to connections, and network performance integrity.The position reports to the Field Operations and Product Development Manager and Sales.There will be extensive physical demands including climbing of ladders, carrying equipment and tools of approximately 40kg unassisted.
