Job Description

Subsidiary: Miller Paving LimitedLocation: Owen Sound, ONAs a Labourer, You Will:

  • Be familiar with operating/handling numerous kinds of construction tools
  • Demonstrate ability to gain knowledge quickly
  • Follow safety precautions, procedures, and policies
  • Ability to perform physical labour
  • Assist with traffic control (flagging)
  • Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience with grading, underground work, road work, and asphalt paving and/or general construction an asset
  • Proficiency in working with hand tools and willing to work with concrete demolition equipment and/or compressor tools
  • Able to lift and move 45lbs or more
  • Must possess a valid unrestricted drivers license and clean drivers abstract (CVOR)
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to work days/nights/weekends or out of town if necessary
  • Willingness to work in extreme weather conditions
