Job Description

With locations in Palmerston and Stratford Ontario, we are a Tier1 supplier of injection molded interior/exterior parts & assemblies to Toyota and Honda.   • Starting at $20.00/hour with progressive compensation growth to $21.75/hr at 18 months of service
  • Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
  • Company Performance Bonuses
  • $0.40 Afternoon Shift Premium
We offer a very extensive benefit program:
  • Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Repacking Components and outsourced parts
  • Scanning & picking components using kanban
  • Sorting returnables
  • Stocking component rollers
  • Delivering components to production
  • Work with AGV in a safe condition
  • Operator tugger and lift truck
  • Support service and receiving when requested
  • Inventory counts
  • Maintain excellent 5S condition
  • All of the above duties must be performed within Health and Safety guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned
