Job Description

TG Minto Corporation is a proud division of Toyoda Gosei, a World-class automotive supplier with 67 group companies in 17 countries. With locations in Palmerston and Stratford Ontario, we are a Tier1 supplier of injection molded interior/exterior parts & assemblies to Toyota and Honda. Together we are committed to providing high quality products with a heavy focus on safety, respect and success for our Team Members.Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. By working in one of our production departments, there are endless growth opportunities for an exciting and dynamic career in the Automotive Industry.Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting wages of $19.00/hr with progressive compensation growth to $20.75/hr at 18 months of service
  • Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
  • Company Performance Bonuses
  • Shift Premiums +$0.40 (Afternoon Shift) & +$0.50 (Night shift)
We offer a very extensive benefit program:
  • Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year)
  • Benefits start from Day 1 – 90% Medical, 80% Dental, Variety of Paramedical Coverage ($500/service)
  • Uniforms are Provided + Yearly Allowance + Yearly Safety Boot Allowance

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Produce Quality products
  • Meet hourly production quotas
  • Document daily production
Requirements:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude testYou must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job.
