Job Description

General The successful candidate will operate paint booths and other paint related systems. He/She will work closely with the assigned supervisor and assist with directing employees. Flexible work hours will be necessary.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Good working knowledge of paint and paint assembly processes.
  • Ability to inspect and identify defects of all painted and assembled parts.
  • Assign workload to factory technicians.
  • Good working knowledge of Kanban process.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ensure work instructions are accurate.
  • Ensure all employees are following set work instructions.
  • Ensure 5S conditions are maintained in all assigned areas.
  • Must be able to work in a self-directed manner.
  • Shift times will vary with production requirements.
  • Will be responsible for training new team members.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Grade 12 Secondary School Graduation Diploma.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Must have an excellent attendance record.
  • Must have strong performance in current role.
  • Education level will be considered.
  • Ability to follow company policies.
