Job Description

Would you like to pursue a career as a Certified Parts Technician Venture Parts Supply is an industrial and agricultural parts supply store. We are a growing, family owned business in the Peace Region since 1968. Our head office is in Manning, we have branches in Peace River and Falher. We are looking for a counter sales person in our Peace River branch.The successful candidate would join our team, working Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, also alternating Saturdays 9:00am to 12:00pm.Main duties include:

  • Responsible for helping customers in store and on the phone
  • Preparing invoices on the company’s computer system
  • Placing parts orders and counting inventory
  • Taking payments and recording end of day counts
  • Keep a neat and organized work area
  • Other general duties required by the company
What we are looking for:
  • Parts Technician Apprentice (1st or 2nd year preferred)
  • Have a valid driver’s licence
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Forklift or Skid steer training an asset, will train
  • Basic computer and email skills
  • Dependable & Responsible with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently in a team environment
