To help fulfill its mission, LOFT is hiring a Relief - Registered Nurse.JOB SUMMARYAs a member of an interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for overall client care/service delivery while ensuring the safety and security of the client environment, with adherence to College of Nurses of Ontario professional standards, and the policies and procedures as defined by LOFT Community Services The Registered nurse coordinates the day to day operations at the residence and supervises team members including but not limited to Registered Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers in coordination with the Program Manager.The RN will be responsible for participating in clinical supervision; and providing support to the physical, cognitive, mental health and social/recreational needs of older adults and seniors in a way that enhances their dignity and personal empowerment.What You Will Do
