After all, you may get to attend some of the hottest happenings in town- from concerts and festivals to sport games and even celebrity events.We are currently accepting applicants to join our events security team in Kelowna, BC/Penticton, BC/ Vernon, BC, with ongoing events expected year round.A Typical DayA typical shift includes ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property at various events, including monitoring entrances and exits, checking tickets or credentials, and patrolling the premises to deter any potential disruptions or unauthorized activities. You will maintain a safe environment for patrons and staff by responding to emergencies, such as medical incidents or disturbances, implementing appropriate protocols and coordinating with law enforcement or medical personnel as needed. You will assist with crowd control, providing directions or assistance to attendees, and reporting any suspicious behavior or incidents to their supervisors.
