Central Plains Co-op is recruiting for the position of full-time Gas Bar Supervisor for the Gas Bar location in Perdue. The successful applicant will be dedicated to outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently, as well as a member of a highly motivated team.The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating and displaying role model characteristics of punctuality, reliability and dependability. The candidate must be able to handle cash and accurately complete customer transactions. The successful applicant must be able to multi-task in a service related environment, take direction and work with minimum supervision, work co-operatively with coworkers and promote teamwork, demonstrate relevant supervisory, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills. Applicants must have a positive attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills. Previous retail supervisory experience along with a background in a Gas Bar/C-Store setting, card lock operations and/or the petroleum industry would be considered an asset.The applicant must be willing to work a variety of shifts including day, evening and weekends. Applicants must have a Class 5 or better Driver’s License, and will be required to maintain a valid Propane Dispensing Certification.Central Plains Co-operative serves West Central Saskatchewan communities of Landis, Eston, Perdue, Plenty, Harris and Rosetown.
