Job Description

1. Maintain CVCVBs Financial System including: Payroll, Accounts Payable, Billing/Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Banking, Financial Records, Reports and Statements.2. Maintain appropriate contact with CVCVBs Accounting Consultants and/or accounting firm.3. Prepare, schedule and at appropriate times, audits for all accounts.4. Verify and assume reasonable responsibility for the accuracy of information entered into the CVCVB Financial System.5. Complete and submit tax remittance forms, HST claims, Workers Compensation forms, Records of Employment, T4s, and any other documents pertaining to the Financial System.6. Ensure that CVCVBs signing officers are available at appropriate dates for signing cheques.7. Be responsible for all banking transactions.8. Monitor all program requisition binders.9. Set up quarterly Financial Service Delivery Review meetings.10. Supply supportive information from CVCVBs Financial System or Personnel records that is required for applications and contracts for program and wage subsidies.11. Monitor and maintain confidentiality of all CVCVBs Personnel records.12. Perform and other duties that may be assigned by the Administrative Director.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $19.00-$21.00 per hourSchedule:
