Job Description

Durham Express Services is a locally owned and operated transportation company located in Whitby, Ontario. We transport and deliver cargo in a timely manner and customer satisfaction is our top priority.Position SummaryYou will be transporting packages throughout the Peterborough Region. The ideal candidate will be flexible with working hours as some days there will be a higher volume of packages. You must be physically capable of lifting and loading packages ranging in weight up to 80 lbs. You will be responsible for successfully transporting the entirety of the cargo each day.Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • complete the transportation process successfully within specified time frames
  • load and unload parcels in the vehicle
  • assist other drivers if needed
  • complete daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
