Fleming offers more than 100 full-time programs in Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences, Fine Arts, General Arts and Science, Technology, Skilled Trades, Community Development, Health, Business, and Justice as well as other Continuing Education courses.We are also extremely proud of our more than 73,000 Fleming alumni who are contributing to their communities in the region, across the province and around the world.What This Position is About:This is a temporary full-time position for the period of October 2021 to May 2022This position is part of a dynamic academic administration planning team with responsibility for coordinating cross-college design, implementation and the administrative functions of Curriculum Data Management. The incumbent uses query and report writers to develop primary and ad hoc reports and develops/maintains system tables, forms, queries and reports. The incumbent identifies and tracks system issues which could jeopardize the integral functioning of the system and ensures the ongoing data integrity of curriculum. The incumbent is the functional lead for Academic Advising and Program of Studies - Curriculum Data.The incumbent, in the curriculum planning role, will develop systems, processes, and reporting tools to ensure accurate curriculum and enrolment information is available for academic delivery and operations at Sutherland campus. This role is required to liaise with other service areas (e.g. Registrar’s Office) to review and revise operational systems and processes, as necessary, to ensure accuracy of curriculum data/delivery information within and across schools.This position may be working fully or partially remotely in the short term and will transition to on-site work by January 2022.
