Fleming offers more than 100 full-time programs in Environmental and Natural Resource Sciences, Fine Arts, General Arts and Science, Technology, Skilled Trades, Community Development, Health, Business, and Justice as well as other Continuing Education courses.We are also extremely proud of our more than 80,000 Fleming alumni who are contributing to their communities in the region, across the province and around the world.What Are We AboutThe incumbent provides the Director of Workforce Development with program management and logistical support involved in the planning and operational processes for Employment Services (ES) programs, and service delivery at Fleming sitesThe incumbent is the primary point of contact for operational/logistical matters for ES programs, providing ongoing support for the effective promotion and delivery of new and existing services.The incumbent acts as Team Lead to the Haliburton Fleming CREW site, coordinating service delivery and implementing improvement strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).This role includes investigation of potential opportunities, maintaining effective relationships with external and internal stakeholders, resolving complaints/issues, assisting with planning and coordination of services, monitoring and tracking program expenditures, providing staff development support and maintaining related data and systems.This role is based in Peterborough but travel to Haliburton is required a minimum of three times a week.Please Note:This position has been designated as on-campus and is expected on-site 100% of the time.For More Information:For a complete job description, please refer to the document found here: Job DescriptionExplore what Fleming College has to offer and the beautiful communities we are surrounded by. Check out Life@Fleming.¿What We Are Looking For:You will possess a 3-year diploma in Employment or Career Counselling, Social Services or Human Resources, along with five (5) years of experience including:
