This program serves job seekers and employers in our community, offering personalized assistance to help clients achieve their employment goals and help employers find the right people and training for the job.As an Employment and Training Consultant, you would be responsible for the following:Providing assessment and employment counselling to unemployed individuals and groupsDeveloping personalized job search and training action plansIdentifying and securing appropriate resources and funding to assist with education, training, job development and self-employment opportunitiesWorking with employers to support recruitment processDevelop training and retention plans for new hiresPromoting Employment Ontario programs and servicesRecruiting job seekers and employers in the communityMaintaining records, documentation and statistical information for funding, reporting and accountability purposesPlease note: This contract is for the period of May 2021 to March 2022.For a complete job description, please refer to the document found here: Job DescriptionExplore what Fleming College has to offer and the beautiful communities we are surrounded by.
