What would you be doingAs a leader in our growing firm, you will collaborate with the partners and clients to resolve problems and execute strategies to help our clients succeed. Your primary responsibilities would include:
  • Manage client engagements in a team environment providing assurance, bookkeeping and consulting services to owner-managed businesses.
  • Manage project financials, including budgets, WIP, and timely billing.
  • Utilize strong time management skills to meet deadlines, deliver quality work, anticipate and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactively build relationships and communicate effectively with the client to provide superior client service.
  • Generate new business opportunities by promoting the firm’s expertise and services, as well as developing ideas and solutions.
  • Manage, mentor, train and develop junior and senior staff.
Who is our ideal candidate
  • Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA) with at least 7 years’ public accounting experience.
  • Experienced in owner-managed businesses and private enterprises.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a progressive management role with a CPA firm.
  • Proven leadership skills in a collaborative environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication and client service skills.
  • A passion for learning and developing self and team members to the next level.
  • Excellent project management skills including the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of MS office, CaseWare, Tax Prep, QuickBooks.
