Job TitleMarketing Graphics Specialist/ Brokerage SpecialistJob Description SummaryThe Brokerage Specialist role reports to the Capital Markets Middle Market Team Leadership. The Brokerage Specialist will support the division leadership and broker teams working on special projects, presentations and property marketing collateral as requested by fee-earners. Responsible for providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates under strict deadlines using Adobe CC and InDesignJob DescriptionWork with local brokers to drive direction and implementation of all marketing efforts as it pertains to promotion of specific listingsDesign and format marketing materials including offering memorandums, property brochures, investment sale proposals, qualifications booklets, presentation boards, flyers, direct mail, e-blasts, postcards, tour books and event invitationsCreate and coordinate initial listing presentations and broker opinion of value and marketing strategy bookletsSupport requirements of incoming requests from fee-earners as it relates to creative supportAttend strategy sessions with Middle Market leadership, fee-earners and research as requiredDevelop materials to communicate critical messages and key selling propositionsDevelop creative materials and perform the production and quality control of marketing collateralFinalize creative pitches and/or proposals for distributionCreate marketing materials that adhere to comprehensive and detailed company brand standardsDesign or apply standard templates to support the local business; update as necessaryCreate maps to illustrate relevant information regarding the property being marketedCreate tables, charts, graphs, illustrations, and other visuals in a highly efficient mannerDemonstrate a high level of creative development and production skillManaging creative requirements, expectations and deadlines for all projectsCommunicate to brokers the priority, progress, deadlines and outstanding questions regularlyBackground and ExperienceMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or applicable work experience3+ years’ experience in real estate or related fieldReal Estate Licensed Preferred not requiredExcellent oral and written communication skills, including creating and editing marketing materialsDetail oriented, self-starter, well organized, able to set priorities and handle multiple projects at any given time, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independentlyAdvanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPointUnderstand, design, and use infographics and iconography to create effective visual communicationExperience with high-end graphics, marketing, or production environment and/or real estate background a plusCOMPETENCIESDemonstrated strong interpersonal skillsStrong analytical, planning and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProject ManagementTeamwork OrientationCushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
