Job Description

Order ControlReporting into the Inside Sales Manager, the order control position will be responsible for supporting partners with full sales support from inquiries, processing POs, booking logistics and processing required international documentation.Job Duties· Support partner inquiries and requests for machine information;· Support partners with CPQ requests;· Process POs for ordered machines;· Issue and maintain sales orders to partners and advise anticipated lead times for completion;· Keep partners informed during machine preparation and advise of any delays or changes;· Invoice and follow up with final payments prior to machine dispatch;· AR follow up for outstanding payments;· Book logistics as required for destination;· Process all international documents required for movement of goods to specific countries;· Communicate shipping detail to customers and forward all required documents for import to the partners;· Process machine manuals and documentation globally to customers;· Meet twice weekly with line supervisors and document on Leankit for other Order Control information specific to their machines;· Verify partner’s account reports for dealers;· Maintain 5S within work area;· Work in compliance with all administrative, health & safety policies and procedures as per legislative requirements and as outlined in Company policies;· Assist with special projects as required. May be assigned to other areas of operations, based on business or customer requirements.Job Requirements· Strong mechanical aptitude;· Self-starter;· Well organized with strong multi-tasking ability.· Knowledge of the aggregate, construction or heavy equipment manufacturing industry;· Proficient in MS Office 365; Excel (Intermediate) Word, Outlook, TEAMS· Outstanding communication skills (oral/ written);· Strong customer service skills;· Detail oriented;· Basic accounting knowledge is an asset;· Second language is an asset;In return for your contributions, we offer an environment that supports and recognizes your professional growth.
