Job Description

This is the ideal position for those who enjoy helping people and connecting with them.What we offer:

  • Available to work in the following time slots:
    • Monday to Friday from 9:00 am till 7:00 pm;
  • This position offer the possibility to work from home, but you can also work on-site according to your preference.
    • Eligibility criteria:
      • Must reside with the hiring location.
      • Must have a minimum of 25 MBPS high speed internet;
      • Must have a secure space and not be disturbed during your shift.
Responsibilities:In this role, you will:
  • Promote our products and services (home phone, television, and Internet) and suggest the appropriate solutions to the client according to their needs;
  • Provide an excellent customer experience regarding the resolution of customer billing inquiries and enhance their understanding of billing processes and policies;
  • Initiate adjustments to customer billing charges where appropriate and communicate outstanding amounts to customers.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or the equivalent, completed;
  • Ability to quickly create a genuine connection with people;
  • Familiarity with various competitive products and plans;
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously (think, talk and type information);
  • Previous customer service or call center experience, an asset;
