We honour the dignity and uniqueness of each person through our core values of Care, Connection and Excellence.What we are hiring for:We are currently hiring multiple part-time Direct Support Professionals for our locations across Lambton County. Direct Support Professionals make a difference in people #39;s lives by:

• Providing support to people with developmental disabilities in their homes and the community
• Teaching and assisting with daily supports (ex. assistance with meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication administration, appointments, housekeeping responsibilities and money management)
• Facilitating opportunities for individual skill development, independence, personal growth, cultivating relationships in their community and leisure activities as directed by the person

We provide supports in: Alvinston, Brigden, Corunna, Forest, Petrolia, Sarnia, Oil City, Oil Springs, Watford and Wyoming. We are also accepting applications for one-to-one support through Passport.What you will need:

• Validquot;G or G2 quot; class license and reliable vehicle
• Be willing to provide a clear Vulnerable Sector Police Check
• Be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Current certification in First Aid/CPR required
• Current certification in NVCPI or willing to obtain
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is an asset

Compensation and scheduling:

• $22.27 - $22.93 per hour based on experience
• Part-time - multiple rotations available
• Scheduled a mixture of days, afternoons, and weekends
• Opportunities to pick up additional hours
