Part Time (0.5 fte) Custodian Position0.5 (20 hours/week)Rate of pay ranges from $21.57 per hour to $24.07 per hour.This posting will remain open until filled.RESPONSIBILITIESUnder the supervision of the Principal/Area Supervisor or designate, responsible for all care-taking aspects of the facility and grounds. Implements and follows guidelines within the Caretakers Manual/Plan Assist. The incumbent may be assigned to system-wide care-taking work where required.QUALIFICATIONSGrade 12 education or equivalent, good communication skills, ability to perform duties of the position. Knowledge of commercial cleaning products, materials and applications as well as knowledge of cleaning procedures as they relate to public buildings. Must demonstrate an ability to follow oral and written instructions.Applicants must include, the name of three references, one of which is a recent supervisor, and authorization for the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board to contact the references.
