  • Provide professional lawn care services to customers, including applications of fertilizer, weed, insect,amp; mosquito control, aeration, and seeding.
  • Perform lawn analyses while identifying lawn problems
  • Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Properly and safely maintain equipment.
  • Safely and knowledgeably handle, mix, transport, and apply lawn care products.
  • Complete assigned daily work, associated paperwork, and administrative requirements related to the position.

Requirements:
  • Passion to provide excellent customer service.
  • Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver #39;s license.(Current abstract will be required)
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Legally able to work in Canada. SIN required.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work 8-10 hours per day (including Saturdays during peak season)
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (8-10 hours per day)
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions
  • Adhere to company policies
  • Self-motivated and will initiate action when needed
  • Requires minimum supervision but knows when to ask for assistance
  • Accepts feedback from fellow team members
Benefits:
  • Competitive Compensation: $18.00 per hour minimum plus production commission.
