Job Description

This full time position offers a benefit package, Municipal Employees Pension Plan and a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.The position will report directly to the Administrator.Job responsibilities will focus on tasks such as: support to Administrator, Supervision of "front office" daily activities, provide assistance to Council and Outside Employees, preparation of correspondence, general office management and research and draft policies & bylaws and other duties as requested by the Administrator.Experience Requirements include: excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; keen attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize work; proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Outlook); problem solver able to work in a fast-paced environment; thorough understanding of municipal operations; and knowledge of MuniSoft software will be an asset.Reference ID: 2021-Assist AdminApplication deadline: 2021-07-05Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From $15.00 per hourBenefits:
