Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Salami and/or Sausage Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for quality craftsmanship and an understanding of meat processing techniques. This role involves the preparation, production, and packaging of salami and sausages while maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency.Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process meat products for sausage production.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency.
• Operate and maintain meat grinding, mixing, stuffing, and packaging equipment.
• Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

RequirementsRequirements:

• Experience: Minimum of one year in salami and/or sausage making or a related role.
• Familiarity with meat processing equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
