In this role you can make a direct impact on access to sleep medicine health care for your community. Successful candidate will represent the organization in your territory to physicians, hospitals, and allied health care organizations by establishing and maintaining customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business. If you’re a go-getter who thrives on the road, loves building strong business relationships, and is eager to make an impact in the fast-growing healthcare industry, this role is for you!Position Description:

  • Promote MedSleep’s services within an assigned geographic area to create new customer relationships.
  • Responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and support staff.
  • Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.
  • Implements market development plans/strategies and adjusts as needed.
  • Communicates customer feedback to internal stakeholders including Operations, Marketing, and Management.
  • Responsible for reporting and responding to complaints.
  • Coordinate and conduct presentations including service and product demonstrations.
Skillsamp; Qualifications
  • Previous field experience in a related healthcare industry is an asset
  • Some clinical knowledge of healthcare services in the British Columbia market is an asset.
  • Strong presentation skills and a strong oral and written communication in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Perseverance, determination, self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel is required.
  • Should have access to a vehicle.
