Budget Blinds of Tri-Cities, is looking to compliment our team with an customer Experience Representative who has the right attitude and customer service skills. Job Types: Full Time, hourlySALARY: $42,000 per yearDAILY DUTIES:
  • Answering phones/ customer service
  • Booking appointments/In charge of 5 persons calendars
  • Transferring calls/ emails to right people
  • Responding to customer emails and text messages in timely manner
  • Looking up customer invoices
  • Inputting customer information into touchpoint (CRM) platform
  • Using Microsoft word to track where leads come from
  • Taking transactions/ sending receipts
  • keeping track of shop supply list
  • Greeting customers in showroom
Language:
  • English (Required)
Office Experience:2-3 years preferred
