Job Description

· Able to work Monday-Friday during our regular business hours (8:30am-4:30pm).Responsibilities:
  • Provide front reception, welcoming Realtors and their guests, managing a busy switchboard and sending/responding to email messages promptly and with courtesy.
  • Receiving documents and materials and acting on them with meticulous accuracy, such as recording new property listings, deposits, property keys, order supplies, and documents.
  • Responding to REALTOR® requests for information, setting up meetings, event registration, etc.
  • Supporting meetings and special events.
  • Mastering software including real-estate specific software (Lonewolf), Google Suite, Canva, and Zoom.
  • Creating social media engagements on behalf of our Company and our Realtors.
  • Managing office operations including printer equipment and security.
  • Ensure reception, client rooms, and common areas are clean, tidy, equipped, and professional.
  • Ensure Worksafe BC Covid-19 safety protocols are followed, which may include sanitizing common areas.
