Our mission is to provide options and opportunities for people to have meaningful relationships and fulfilling lives.*POSITION SUMMARY: *Residential Care Workers assist people who live in a variety of residential settings to enhance their quality of life by providing opportunities for independence, learning and self expression. These opportunities will reflect and respect personal preferences and choices of the people served. The responsibilities of this position include ensuring that people’s physical, emotional, social, and medical needs are met. Residential Care Workers provide support/advocacy for all people to participate as full members of the community, including supporting them on transit to access their community.
