We’re growing! And looking to welcome a detail-orientated and enthusiastic individual to join our team for the position of Casual Labourer located in Port Elgin, ON! This full-time, 3 month contract position is ideal for someone who enjoy hands-on work and interacting with people!What you #39;ll be doing:

• Float between buildings to provide support and assistance as needed.
• Supporting the daily operations of our residential properties by assisting with cleaning and light maintenance.
• Complete other clean-up tasks as required
• Providing exceptional customer service to our tenants by responding to inquiries, showing units to prospective tenants, and supporting office management.
• Contributing to operational excellence through tasks being completed within Skyline standards, and in line with all applicable provincial legislation including Occupational Health and Safety Act, Residential Tenancies Act, and the Human Rights Code.
• All other duties as required.

What we look for:

• Excellent customer service, organizational and cleaning skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Exceptional cleaning skills.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical and carpentry an asset.
• Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull as well as go up and down stairs.
• PC skills are an asset (Word, Excel, e-mail/web).
