This position is responsible for helping customers both in person and over the telephone using a computerized auto parts look-up system to help them find the right part.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Directing or guiding customers to the location of requested items
  • Assisting customers with inquiries over the phone and in person
  • Sourcing and ordering automotive parts for customers
  • Processing returns, warranties and castings as required
  • Filling and merchandising display areas
  • Assisting customers in our Service Centre
  • Other tasks and responsibilities, as required
Position Requirements:
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Previous automotive experience/interest in automotive industry
  • Keyboard and computer proficiency
  • Ability to work days, evenings and weekends as required
