ABOUT US Aarcomm Systems is an electronics design and manufacturing company that provides next-generation radio remote controls for mobile construction and utility equipment. ABOUT YOU We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in driving new business and building lasting customer relationships. As an AE, you’ll own a prospect list and be responsible for closing deals, supporting cross-selling opportunities, and networking with key industry players to boost brand awareness. WHAT YOU’LL DO Ownamp; Grow:

  • Develop and manage a prospect list, plan strategies for winning new business with mobile equipment manufacturers, and close new opportunities generated by the BDR and Marketing teams.
  • Support the Customer Success team with cross-selling opportunities.
Networkamp; Engage:
  • Network with customers, partners, industry associations, and prospects to increase Aarcomm’s social media followers.
  • Convert prospects into loyal customers through daily review of, and interaction with, social media posts.
Collaborateamp; Convert:
  • Attend customer service, customer success, sales, and marketing meetings to provide insights on lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback to the Marketing team on communication strategies, tactics, and tools.
Manage CRMamp; Report:
  • Enter and update information in the CRM system (Salesforceamp; Apollo) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Actively participate in tracking and updating sales data to support continuous improvement.
Travelamp; Represent:
  • Travel one to two weeks per month to meet with prospects in person.
  • Attend industry trade shows across North America to represent Aarcomm and engage with potential clients.
Stay Knowledgeable:
  • Continuously increase your knowledge of Aarcomm products and improve sales presentations to reflect product advancements.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, or Engineering Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience managing accounts in the mobile equipment, electronics, or remote-control technology sectors.
  • 10+ years of experience as an account executive or in outside sales.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Facebook).
  • Proficiency with MS Office, social media platforms, and CRM software (Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot).
  • Growth mindset with a passion for sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Desire to contribute to a small company’s success story with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
NICE TO HAVE
  • Experience or interest in mobile construction equipment, hydraulic components, or electrical engineering technology.
  • Previous sales experience with a remote-control manufacturer or fluid power distributor.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Apollo or similar software tools.
  • A positive attitude with a sense of humor, including an appreciation for light-hearted “Dad jokes.”
