Are you an experienced administrative professional with a passion for graphic design and excellent people skills CityState Consulting Group is looking for an Office Manager with a creative flair to join their growing team! ABOUT YOUAs a confident and experienced Office Manager, you are a proactive self-starter with exceptional graphic design and administrative skills. Your attention-to-detail and problem-solving abilities enable you to excel in overseeing office operations while showcasing your artistic talents! You understand how to develop and maintain professional relationships and you take a client-centric approach to your work and love collaborating with others to deliver impactful results. Your resourcefulness and initiative drive you to find creative solutions to any challenges that arise. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the office operates at peak efficiency while leveraging your graphic design skills to elevate our client’s visual presence. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Utilizing your tech-savvy skills to update, organize, and maintain company software, files, and subscriptions in platforms such as OneDrive and Google Drive.
  • Create eye-catching graphic designs using tools like InDesign, PowerPoint, Canva, and other design software.
  • Act as the friendly face and first point of contact that greets clients, contractors, and other guests as they come into the office.
  • Design aesthetic visuals and create engaging content for social media platforms to promote the company’s projects, events, and achievements.
  • Manage relationships with clients to keep our team prepared and ready to meet our client #39;s needs and exceed expectations.
  • Help manage office operations of the firm #39;s partner co-working space to foster a positive and productive work environment for all staff.
  • Book client appointments, manage team calendars, book meetings, and distribute mail to promote harmonious office operations.
  • Assist the development team with filling out and submitting development application forms via DocuSign.
  • Perform other administrative and client-facing responsibilities as required.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Office Administration from a post-secondary institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience owning your role as an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant.
  • Passion for graphic design with at least 1+ years of experience creating visual content for different purposes such as presentations, social media, websites, email marketing, infographics, etc.
  • Comfortable using design software such as InDesign, PowerPoint, Canva, etc. to showcase your artistic abilities.
  • Confident in navigating Microsoft Office applications and subscriptions while relaying any issues.
  • Vibrant and welcoming demeanor to deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
  • A creative approach to content creation with working experience in graphic design.
  • Outstanding organization and time-management skills to thrive in fast-paced work environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and visually captivating deliverables.
  • Resourceful and adaptable problem-solver that implements feedback quickly and effectively.

  • Interest in urban planning, land development, and/or design – we are a passionate group and love learning from each other every day!
  • Exposure to HR, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • A basic financial understanding of invoices and hiring out.
  • Experience managing relationships with private clientele.
