Business Development Manager, Condominium Property Management ServicesAs a Business Development Manager for a condominium property management company, your primary objective is to drive growth and expand the company #39;s client base within the condominium market segment. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and promoting the company #39;s property management services.   • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to identify and pursue new opportunities for growth within the condominium market.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business development strategies.
  • Identify potential areas for expansion and develop targeted approaches to penetrate new markets.
Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential clients, including condominiums, condominium associations, and property developers, through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
  • Conduct presentations and sales pitches to prospective clients to showcase the company #39;s property management services and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with the company President to develop marketing materials, proposals, and campaigns targeted at condominium clients.
Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Partnership Development:
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with industry stakeholders such as real estate agents, property developers, and contractors to expand the company #39;s network and service offerings.
  • Negotiate and establish partnership agreements that align with the company #39;s strategic objectives and drive mutual value.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing business development activities, progress, and key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
