Job Description

We are seeking a CIAM Technical Specialist to join our team in Winnipeg, MB or Toronto, ONUnder the direction of the IAMamp; CIAM Manager, the Customer Identity Access Management Analyst will be responsible for provisioning/deprovisioning of various types of accounts; as well as access review recertification process.This position will support the customer identity and access management system and program. The objective is to manage the lifecycle of digital identities and access while achieving security, business enablement, productivity and compliance. Includes CIAM SaaS tool and contract administration (as required).The CIAM Technical Specialist will:

  • Provide overall technical support and administration to the customer identity and access management program.
  • Provide technical support related to administration of accounts and access privileges in the organization #39;s identity management system.
  • Provide input to develop and implement CIAM processes for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Helpdesk, application development teams, architecture, Security Operations and Infrastructure team.
  • Participate in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) projects and initiatives.
  • Responsible for provisioning of various types of accounts including privileged accounts (on-premises and cloud services).
  • Responsible to meet targeted Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the CIAM program.
  • Administer CIAM tool to support People Corporation
  • Involved in troubleshooting and resolving CIAM issues.
  • Base working knowledge of in UI technologies such as Java, JavaScript, React, Angular, CSSamp; HTML
  • Development experience with RESTamp; Web Services
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management such as provisioning workflows, authentication, authorization, application security, privacy and consent management, regulatory compliance, multi-factor authentication, federation, and risk management
  • Deep knowledge of IAM standards, restful API design, tokens, session management and profiles
  • Develop, implement, and support CIAM solution to solve business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards
  • Configure, document, and enforce CIAM best practices across multiple diverse business units and application integrations
  • Assist with the technical approach for the shared operational capabilities of customer identity and access management, including customer registration, self-service, authentication, authorization, administration, audit, and reporting
  • Experience with identity lifecycle management and federation technologies such as SAML, OAUTH, OpenID Connect
  • Should be able to handle dataflow for import and export of Customer data; Knowledge on Webhooks and testing it in ODSMDMCRM environment
  • Partner alongside application teams to develop and implement CIAM solutions for API driven cloud and cloud/hybrid-based applications.
  • Work closely with development teams to build API integrations authenticated by the identity management platform
  • Good understanding of design-patterns, scalability patterns, security engineering and object-oriented principles.
  • Experience working in Agile software development teams leveraging continuous integration and deployment practices.
  • Work closely with CIAM SaaS service provider to follow-up on tickets and resolutions, along with tracking the product/Platform roadmap for upcoming releases, upgrades and security/vulnerability patches/fixes.

All-star candidates will have:
  • Completion of post-secondary such as Degree or Diploma Computer Science or related Computer ScienceTechnology discipline.
  • 3-4 years working on a CIAM teams for on-premises and cloud services.
  • Experience with administration of CIAM (SaaS) tools.
  • Experience with customer identity and access management processes
  • Experience with identity and access related products and solutions, (e.g. Active Directory/LDAP platforms, Privileged Access Management (PAM), single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) remote access strategies).
  • Experience with user onboarding, offboarding, role changes and access review re-certifications.
  • Experience using best practices such as ITIL processes
