Job Description

Summary:Reporting to the Merchandise Sourcing Manager, the Merchandise Operations Coordinator is responsible for the master data integrity of merchandise in our supply chain and enterprise resource planning software (SAPamp; JDA), including: data entry, setup and maintenance of SKU/article master, vendor master, costing, pricing, promotions, merchandise hierarchy and batch job scheduling.Responsibilities:

  • Performs master data setup, data entry and maintenance for all categories using SAP and JDA.
  • Enters and maintains pricing and promotions to support flyer and catalogue production.
  • Provides systematic solutions to meet merchandising needs, maximize reporting capabilities and investigates new functionality to support corporate initiatives.
  • Supports merchandising and inventory teams with systems training, troubleshooting, user administration, and article integrity best practices in SAP and JDA.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • 2 to 4+ years of administrative work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work within a team as well as cross functional departments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
  • Adapts to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Product/lifestyle knowledge is considered an asset.
