Further information is available atwww.newflyer.com.POSITION SUMMARY:As a key member of our Customer Care Division, you will be responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Customer Care Division by supporting the culture of continuous improvement through lean process enhancements, data reporting and analysis and system development.WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Continuously monitor, recommend and implement process improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness and productivity of the departments within the Division
  • Transform data into information and insight, to make recommendations to support and drive the business operations and strategic decision-making
  • Analyze, summarize and present intricate data in approachable ways
  • Participate in the development and implementation of projects, policies and/or procedures, aimed at improving productivity for the division
  • Provide training to internal and external team members, customers and business partners
  • Plan and monitor the implementation of improvement initiatives
  • Act as the Customer Care systems subject matter expert by answering inquiries, providing direction to team members on processes and policies, managing business systems, and providing issue investigation and resolution
  • Liaise with IT on business system issues and improvements, providing direction and testing ensuring business requirements are met
  • Develop, improve and assist in tracking metrics within the division to improve departmental operations and the customer experience
  • Participate in and occasionally lead Kaizen events for the Division
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
  • Post-secondary education in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate/Advanced proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, PowerBI, SharePoint Online and Power Automate (MS Flow)
  • Intermediate experience with SQL, DAX, dashboardamp; reports
  • Knowledge of lean process development/improvement methodology
  • Working knowledge of Oracle EBS, Service Cloud, OPAamp; Field Service Cloud desired
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Motivated self-starter with ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong/effective communication skills, both internal and external
  • Technically savvy with strong computing and facilitation skillsĀ·
