Job Description

Seymour Pacific Developments is currently looking for Civil Operators to join our team in Portage la Prairie, MB. Civil Operators are responsible for ensuring the successful excavation of multi-building, multi-family, residential and commercial sites.Your contributions to the team:

  • Complete pre-shift inspections on equipment as well as basic servicing which includes checking the fluids, greasing and cleaning the machine
  • Operate Mini Excavator, Skid Steer, Packers
  • Maintain knowledge of safe construction work practices and procedures, follow safety regulations
  • Other labour duties as assigned
What you need to be successful:
  • Experience in residential excavation, grading and utilities.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Understanding of civil construction fundamentals
