We are seeking a dynamic, goal-driven individual to manage our services to our membership, as well as to the general public. Murray’s Pond is a non-profit organization with a 130 year old history rooted in protecting our pond and providing a family-friendly location for activities and socializing. We want to expand the services that we offer to our members and the general public, and we are looking for the person that can make that happen. This person should have experience in management and business development, especially in the hospitality industry, and should take a customer-satisfaction approach to their job. Experience with Point of Sale systems and budget management would be an asset.
