This role includes clinical practice, consultation and collaboration with other health care professionals, education, leadership, research, and development of quality improvement initiatives.Human Resources Exemption: NoExperience

• One (1) year experience with community development/health promotion activities
• Three years fulltime experience as a Registered Nurse

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)

Licenses

• Valid Class 5 driver #39;s license

Other Education and Training

• Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Specialization
• Basic Cardiac Life Support Level C Certificate (BCLS)
• Master of Nurse Practitioner is acceptable
