Job Description

DescriptionOur busy property management / real estate company is looking for a cleaning contractor. This position will start off as a part time position and could turn into a full time hours.Duties:

  • Cleaning of apartment units or houses once vacant (i.e. appliances, light fixtures,
baseboards, flooring, washing walls, washing windows, etc.)
  • Bagging of refuse in units if items are left after the move out is completed
  • Cleaning of apartment complex common areas if needed
  • Other Duties as assigned
Needed Skills:
  • Organized
  • Efficient
  • Able to prioritize tasks
  • Able to work within set timelines
  • Able to work alone or under little supervision
Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must have own a vehicle
  • Must be bondable
  • Basic set of cleaning supplies to complete the job (vacuum, broom/dustpan, mop/mop
bucket, cleaning rags, etc.)Wage: $15.00 to $18.00/he depending on tools and work experience.Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $15.00-$18.00 per hourBenefits:
