This Term position will support the ministrys Woodland Caribou commitments.This term position will contribute to the development of data standards and data management protocols for the Forest Service, liaise with a wide variety of internal and external clients to facilitate timely and efficient data receipt, assess and manage large and comprehensive data sets, and provide technical support for field survey equipment including GPS units, data recorders, tablets and their associated applications.A strong understanding of, and experience working with, Geographic Information Systems is required.
