Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, professional with strong administrative and accounting skills to assist our busy office. A desired candidate will have previous experience with general office procedures and operations, and data entry processing. We are looking for an individual who is a multi-tasker and a great attention to detail.Royal LePage Icon Realty offers a competitive benefits package. We are a fast-growing company and operate out of Prince Albert.This position is available immediately.EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE-QuickBooks knowledge/experience is required-Accounting background with a good analytical mind and working knowledge of bookkeeping-Knowledge of government reporting including WCB - PST - GST - Payroll (payroll source - T4s)-Good business communication/correspondence skillsESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Core duties and responsibilities include the following:-Reconciliations of accounts-Bank reconciliations-Payroll processing-Performing weekly and month-end closings-Tax Processing-Recording Financial Records-Data entry-Process and prepare invoices for paymentApprox. 40 hours per week - position is open immediately.*Submit resume and cover letter including your anticipated hourly wage*Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $17.00-$22.00 per hourBenefits:
