Job Description

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time Site Team Leader in our Homes Division in Prince Albert, SK.Who we are: Lake Country Co-op does business differently.   • Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative’s vison, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
  • Collaborate with the Director of Home and Building Solutions in initiating, developing and implementing plans, policies, and innovations that will ensure the growth in RTM Home sales, services and earnings
  • Lead the development and management of the Homes by Lake Country operation in alignment with our retail’s strategic direction and corporate objectives
  • Budget, administer and be responsible for the sales, margins, expenses, inventory and sales per employee hour
  • Effectively and efficiently manage the development and direction of the reporting team members
  • Engage and interact with guests and customers to create a positive shopping experience in person, on the phone, and at point of sale
  • Ensure the location is displaying, stocking, and rotating merchandise as per company policy. This includes orderly displays and properly priced products with labels and tags
  • Conduct inventory counts and audit supporting inventory cycle counter
  • Assist in developing and oversee Homes by Lake Country Co-operative Supply and Installation program

  • You have a grade 12- and 3-years’ working experience in residential or multi-family construction; a post secondary diploma or degree in a construction related program would be an asset
  • You have experience and knowledge in building materials industry; estimating and construction experience, trends and codes
  • Experience working with a developer/builder or general contractor is considered an asset
  • You’re well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
  • You’re attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills
  • You have a flexible work schedule, evenings, weekends and holidays when appropriate
